Every government-listed medical facility in Turkey

4,639 facilities appear on the Ministry of Health health-tourism authorized facility list as of October 27, 2026. This is the whole field, reproduced from the regulator without ranking or omission. The 44 providers we have researched in depth are marked where they appear; they are a documented subset, not a shortlist of the only legitimate options.

What being on this list means

The facility holds, or has qualified for, the Ministry of Health’s International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate under the 2017 regulation on international health tourism. Only facilities on this list may legally treat international health-tourism patients and advertise to them.

What it does not mean

It does not say who operates, what their training is, how many procedures they do, or how outcomes compare. The list carries no certificate numbers or dates, and it is published under legal entity names, which often differ from the brand a clinic markets abroad.

The list uses legal entity names. If a brand does not appear, search the street address from the clinic's contact page, then ask the clinic for the name on its certificate.

By facility type

The licence type tells you what a facility may legally do on its own premises. It is the first thing to match against the procedure you are booking.

Private, public, and university hospitals. Surgery under general anesthesia for international patients is meant to happen here or in a licensed medical center.

Licensed outpatient surgical centers (Özel Tıp Merkezi). Many hair-transplant and eye clinics operate under this license.

For each of these we record what is documented: registration or licence status against this list, named operating doctors and anesthesia plan, published prices, regulator or press record, and exactly how to book. 128 of them are matched to a row on this list by name; the rest trade under a brand that differs from the legal name on the register, and their profiles say so.
